2015 Bike Assembly

Over 60 folks came out to help. There were over 45 Rotarians and their friends and the rest were Boy Scoutts and Kiwanis. With funds from the County of San Diego, Kiwanis, Rotary Matching Grants, Chula Vista Sunset Rotary and Chula Vista Rotary Foundation, the leadership of Marty Adler and Mark Scott made this 37th annual event a tremendous success. The space was again donated by Mike Vogt, a pending Rotarian. A grand total of over 260 bikes were assembled to be distributed to:Kiwanis, Sharp Healthcare, Scripps, Salvation Army, Ronald McDonald House, YMCA and Chula Vista Community Collaborative for needy children for Christmas.
