2017 DGE Dinner

Approximately 70 folks gathered at the beautiful home of Lourdes and Saul Valdez to dine with over 25 Rotary District Governor-elects and their spouses here for their Rotary International Assembly, an event similar to our District Training Assembly and the PETS activities for incoming club presidents. Eric Rimmele catered and Rotarians from our club and Chula Vista Sunset brought salads and desserts. Our guests were from many foreign countries, like New York and Colorado, and also Sweden, Brazil, Australia and India. The DGE's shared insights into their Rotary programs with the result that all the attendees appreciated the good works Rotarians are doing all over the world.
