Youth Programs
We believe in developing the next generation of leaders. Our programs help younger leaders build leadership skills, expand education, and learn the value of service. Through the Chula Vista Rotary Foundation, we invest in our future leaders and philanthropists by funding scholarships for undergraduate study. Our member-supported Foundation also sponsors leadership development programs for local middle and high school students who want to learn new skills, build their confidence, and have fun.

Bike Assembly
Our club's annual Bike Assembly over the years has purchased and assembled more than a thousand bicycles and helmets to give away to disadvantaged children in the Chula Vista area during the holidays. Started as a modest idea that saw a handful of bikes built and given away its first year, it has grown to the point that hundreds of bicycles are put together and donated every year.
Chula Vista Rotarians gratefully acknowledge the many organizations providing financial and in-kind support for this program, including the San Diego County Employees Charitable Organization (CECO), County Supervisor Greg Cox, Chula Vista Kiwanis Club, South Bay Family YMCA, Chula Vista Elementary School District, South Bay Community Services, Salvation Army, and many others.
