At the Living Coast Discovery Center the horticulturist, Paul explained which plants were natural and which were invasive. It is hard to tell sometimes. Paul showed us a Mexican Daisy and a California Sunflower. Both are pretty but the California Sunflower with a brown center got to stay and the Mexican Daisy, although pretty went to the dumpster.
