Program Objectives

  • To provide motivation for students in local high schools to reach their potential in academic achievement and to reward some of those who are most successful.
  • To reward students who exhibit highest potential for success in post-high school education and for making future significant contributions to society.

Recognition Program

Rotary Club of Chula Vista Scholarships are made available to graduating seniors at five high schools in the Chula Vista area: Castle Park High School, Chula Vista High School, Hilltop High School, Olympian High School, and Otay Ranch High School. Applicants must be planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year college in the fall. Stipends and certificates of recognition are presented directly to recipients at a Rotary Club awards program held prior to graduation.
